Your first interview before the interview.
For Internship USA, your video is decisive. Host organizations select interns the way they hire staff: before reviewing your CV in detail, a hiring manager will watch your video to judge your communication, professional maturity and personality. A strong video moves you to the top of the interview list. A weak one quietly eliminates an otherwise qualified candidate.
