If the visa is denied
Your risk is fixed
before you sign.
A visa decision belongs to the U.S. Embassy, not to us. What a refusal costs you is written into the Agreement before you pay anything — never promised in conversation. The rule is the same in all three programs: USD 500, or the amount your Sponsor organization retains on a visa denial where that amount is higher.
USD 500+The non-refundable amount if your visa is refused — retained by EARN&GO USA to cover the administrative work already done. Where your Sponsor organization retains a higher amount on a visa denial, that higher amount applies instead.
Everything elseAll other amounts you have paid are refunded, and the fourth instalment is never charged.
48 hoursThe one condition: the Sponsor must be notified within 48 hours of the refusal. Call us the same day you leave the Embassy.
Government feesFees already paid directly to U.S. authorities — the DS‑160 visa fee and the SEVIS fee — are non-refundable by their nature.
Sponsor retention on a visa denial is set by each Sponsor organization and varies — with some sponsors it is substantially higher than USD 500. The figure that applies to your file is listed in the Schedule to Annex B and disclosed to you before you pay Instalment 1. Full refund and cancellation rules, including voluntary withdrawal at each stage, are set out in Annex B of your Program Participation Agreement.
