Young international hospitality professionals beginning their U.S. career
EARNGO USA · Applications 2026 · Hospitality & Tourism

America is waiting.
This could be your life.

Not another semester of imagining the industry. A structured J-1 Internship inside a real U.S. hotel, resort, restaurant or tourism operation—where your degree becomes experience and your next level begins.

01The leap
The moment your degree becomes real

Your CV stops
being theoretical.

This is not a summer job and it is not a photo opportunity. It is the year you learn to communicate, adapt and perform inside an international hospitality operation—with a field-related placement and a structured DS-7002 training plan.

International participants building friendships and a global professional network in the United States
FIRST YOU SEE ITThe scale

International guests, premium standards and careers you have only watched from outside.

THEN YOU DO ITThe work

Training objectives, supervision and progression—not random duties or a summer shift.

EARNGO participants celebrating their American experience on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
THEN YOU OWN ITThe proof

Stronger English, U.S. references and a career story no classroom can manufacture.

Hospitality team working at a bar
Picture your first real week

The room is fast.
And you belong in it.

A guest asks. The team moves. You make the call. At first, everything feels bigger than you. Then one day, it does not. That is confidence: real standards, real pressure, real feedback—one professional day at a time.

02The shift
Fear does not disappear before the flight

You do not go
because you feel ready.

You go with questions. You learn the room, solve the problem and survive the day that once looked too big. Confidence is not what you pack. It is what you build.

Before the flight“What if I am not ready?”

The fear is real. So is the plan, the preparation and the support behind you.

The first hard week“I have to learn this.”

You ask, adapt, try again—and begin to move like you belong in the room.

Lia · confirmed 2026 candidate“My journey is becoming real.”

Not an alumni claim. A real candidate now moving through the EARNGO preparation, sponsor and host-matching route.

You do not become fearless.
You become capable.

No brochure can promise how you will feel. But a real international challenge can show you a version of yourself that comfort never could.

03Your America
Do not start with a form. Start with a feeling.

Which version of your future looks like you?

The city. The coast. A luxury lobby. A kitchen moving at full speed. Tap the world that makes you think: “Yes. I can see myself there.”

04The work
This is where ambition becomes a role

Do not just visit the industry.
Get inside it.

The title matters less than the progression. You enter with a training plan, learn the operation from the inside and build evidence that you can perform at an international level.

The system behind the dream

The route is serious.

Behind every accepted candidate is a professional process: eligibility, interview, host, training plan and designated-sponsor review. EARNGO prepares and coordinates your route; the exact sponsor and host pathway is confirmed for you.

You bring the ambition.

The university question Will I lose a year?

The J-1 Intern route is built for currently enrolled students and eligible recent graduates. Whether the experience can be recognized as faculty practice or ECTS is decided by your university—not by an agency. EARNGO helps you prepare the program and training documentation your faculty may request before you commit.

Who qualifiesOne hard gate.

Route 1 — you are currently enrolled and actively studying at a post-secondary institution outside the United States. Route 2 — you graduated from one no more than 12 months before your program start date. Your placement must also relate to your field of study, and hospitality intern programs are capped at 12 months.

Graduated longer ago? You are outside the Intern category — but with five years of professional experience in your field, Trainee USA qualifies you with no degree requirement at all. Tell us and we move your file across.

Before you choose a planThe numbers and timing must make sense.

Payment and visa protection Staged payments. Clear refund protection.

Payment is organized in stages according to your selected plan and signed agreement. If your U.S. visa is not approved after you complete the required process, the total non-refundable amount is USD 500 — or the amount your Sponsor organization retains in case of visa denial, where that amount is higher (per-sponsor figures are listed in the Schedule to Annex B, signed before Instalment 1) — retained by EARN&GO USA to cover the sponsor’s own non-refundable retention and the administrative work already done. All other program funds you have paid are returned, and the final instalment is never charged. One condition applies: the sponsor must be notified within 48 hours of the refusal. Government fees paid directly to U.S. authorities — the DS-160 visa fee (USD 185) and the SEVIS fee (USD 220) — are non-refundable by their nature.

Komercijalna Banka × EARNGO USA You do not have to fund the whole journey at once.

Eligible EARNGO candidates can request dedicated-purpose financing support through Komercijalna Banka for approved program costs. Your program documents and confirmed income plan support the application; the Bank makes the individual credit decision and defines the final terms.

Up to €6,000Dedicated financing
Up to 18 monthsRepayment period
Financing is not automatic and is not included in the program price. Approval, amount, repayment period, interest, security and all final conditions are subject to Komercijalna Banka’s individual credit assessment and official agreement.

Visa approved$390$1,090$1,090
Total$4,490$5,590$5,890
Each instalment falls due only after the previous step has actually happened. Not included in any plan: the U.S. Visa Integrity Fee (USD 250), the DS-160 visa fee (USD 185, included only in Internship Signature), accommodation deposit and rent, local transport, personal expenses, excess baggage, and the airline ticket under Internship Core. Annex A of your signed agreement prevails.
What the price never buys

A visa, a guaranteed host, a guaranteed stipend or a shortcut around sponsor rules. It buys preparation, coordination and the support level shown in your agreement. U.S. visa fees, accommodation deposit, personal expenses and excess baggage are organized separately unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
